Had had the misfortune growing up under the brutal & bloodthirsty claw of Soviet communism. And, the great fortune to date down-to-earth & lovely Czech women. Prague was then full of them save a few shallow gold-diggers who slept w/ foreign workers to get hard currency for buying W-fashion. The young ladies my buddies & I dated were interested in friendship, companionship, reliability, faithfulness & protection against bullies & creeps when needed. No matchmaking & profiles needed. It all happened organically & naturally as it should. Physical attraction was/is part of it along w/ mental, emotional & values compatibility. Good chemistry & a spark was always present. After escaping the Soviet tanks to CH 55y ago today, the priorities of the Swiss, French, Italian, Spanish or German young women were more or less identical to the Czechs. They wanted a real man; money was secondary. All of my GFs told me on their own that they feel safe w/me & appreciate making them laugh, being generous, respectful & a wild gentleman. US style feminism never took root in EU. US women in our congregation wanted a wealthy man first. Many were infected by feminism. I was appalled.
